Over dit product
The Slow Down Journal by Monday is created for anyone who feels the weeks are passing by too quickly and longs for more calm and clarity in a busy life. By taking just 20 minutes each week to reflect, you consciously look back on what you have learned and accomplished, and mindfully set your goals and intentions for the week ahead. The prompts are based on body, mind and soul, helping you discover what you truly need and what you can let go of in order to live according to your own values. With 52 undated weekly pages, dedicated goal-setting space and a vision board, you can start at any moment and create a meaningful weekly ritual of reflection just for yourself
